GOSNOLD — Selectboard unanimously approves prior minutes, advances community development strategy. Town Manager reported receipt of $51,000 seasonal grant for Porter sidewalk repairs and progress on distribution line trenching with 100 feet of conduit remaining. Finance staff Sarah Smith and Kelli Pontbriand presented FY25 and FY26 budget comparisons showing the town spent approximately 88 percent of appropriated funds.
Tax bills for FY26 are expected to mail March 15 with property values up five to six percent; audits are estimated to complete by end of March with a target of November completion going forward.
